A Taste of Africa is dedicated to customer satisfaction and customer service is our number one priority and we guarantee is 100% customer satisfaction, or your money back.   For this policy to be effective, customer claims must reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If your purchase is damaged or unusable, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact us at (270) 791-2348 or send an email to within 24 hours of delivery.  The following conditions apply:

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
